Privacy Policy

JobBreak ("we", "us") is operated by Aquatech Engineering P.C. This policy explains what we
collect, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to give you a result.
What we collect
- What you enter to get an assessment: job title, general location (ZIP or city
and state), and optional details such as age band, years of experience, education, union status,
pay band, and skills. We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect race, gender, or other
protected characteristics.
- Your resume (optional): if you upload one to auto-fill the form, it is read in
memory to extract a job title and skills, then discarded. We do not store your resume.
- Email address (optional): only if you ask us to notify you when your outlook
changes, or if you subscribe.
- Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go
directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
- Basic technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember an
active subscription, plus standard server logs.
How we use it
- To produce your automation-exposure assessment and, on paid plans, your AI-researched plan.
- To email you outlook alerts, only if you opted in.
- To process and manage subscriptions.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only with the service providers needed to run JobBreak:
Stripe (payments), Anthropic (to generate the AI-written plan on paid
plans), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide its service.
Retention
Form inputs are used to generate your result and are not kept in a personal profile. Resumes are not
stored. An email address you give us is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Subscription
records are kept as required for billing and tax.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your email and any
subscription record by contacting us. We use no third-party advertising trackers.
Children
JobBreak is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
